Yr11 Text Book return
Please see a message that has gone home to Yr11 parents by email...
Dear Year 11 parents and carers
I hope this email finds you and your families safe and well.
Thank you to everyone who has completed all the forms and tasks that we have asked of you so far, due to the end of term coming to a much earlier finish than anticipated. It is now time for us to ask for any text books, that students may still have at home, to be returned. Please see below the procedure for returning these books.
During the next two weeks, there will be a box in the school Reception lobby in which you may drop-off any textbooks.
The books need to be labelled with the student’s name and form. Labels will be provided in Reception as a reminder. If books are not labelled, you may inadvertently receive an invoice for the book. Any books which are not returned, by Friday 3 July 2020, in line with College policy, invoices will be sent to cover the cost of replacements.
I appreciate there are many priorities at this time but if you could check what books you have at home belonging to the College it would be much appreciated.
Year 11 photographs orders have now been completed and if you have selected collection, they will be available in school on GCSE Results day, Thursday 20 August 2020.
If you would prefer to arrange to collect these from the photographer direct (by appointment) in Kibworth, or arrange for them to be delivered (£6.95), please contact them. They have also kindly said that they will be happy to take individual school photographs at their studio for any student who was absent on the day. This can be made available for the Yearbook if required. Please contact them direct for more information: Stu Williamson photography: email@example.com
The Yearbook is still available to pre-order if you haven’t already. The deadline for this is Friday 3 July 2020. Please book now via Wisepay to avoid disappointment.
