Parents & Carers – could this be you?
Uppingham Community College is looking for a Parent Governor to join our School Advisory Board.
You don’t need experience, special qualifications or loads of spare time — just an interest in the school and a willingness to get involved
As a Parent Governor, you will:

Help shape the future direction of the school

Bring a parent’s perspective to important decisions

Develop new skills and confidence along the way
Time commitment: around 6–8 hours a month, term time only Training & support: provided — you’re not expected to know it all.
