Safer Internet Day - 08/02/2022

Please see information regarding Internet Safety Day, 8 February 2022, below..

This week we are marking Safer Internet Day (Tuesday February 8th) with an assembly for all students from Mrs Toogood and some other activities in Computing lessons for students in Years 7-9. Safer Internet Day is a global campaign to promote the safe use and responsible use of technology , which calls on young people, parents, carers, teachers, social workers, law enforcement, companies, policymakers and more to join together in helping to create a better internet.

The title of this year's campaign is 'All Fun and Games? Exploring respect and relationships online'.

To supplement the work we are doing with our students in school, from Tuesday we are posting some selected links aimed at parents to help you navigate the tricky waters of the online world with your child. We hope you find them useful.
