Dear Parents & Guardians,

I hope that you had an enjoyable half term.

The 'Kayleigh’s Story' film was very well received by the students who dealt with the topic in a very mature and sensible manner. I would encourage you to discuss it with your child[ren].

Please could you ensure that should your son/daughter arrive at school with crutches, or with another injury to a limb, that he/she sees Miss Shelley in First Aid before going into registration for an assessment.  This is a Health & Safety requirement.

group of Year 11 students took part in the regional MFL – Languages in Marketing at Melton Vale College on Wednesday where they were excellent ambassadors for the college and had a very useful and informative day.  Thanks go to Mr Kirk and Mr Woodhead, two of our College Governors, who very kindly took the students and worked with them throughout the day.

Thank you to all those parents who came to the fundraising information event at The Falcon this week. There is another opportunity for those  who were unable to attend on Thursday 10th  – please drop in anytime between 6-00pm & 9-00pm for a glass of wine and a chat.
